Questions agencies ask

Who sees the listings?

Travel nurses, respiratory therapists and allied clinicians who use the site to plan their next contract: looking up license boards, reading hospital area guides, finding RV parks and checking certification and CEU rules. Many are actively weighing where to go next.

Where do my contracts show up?

On our public contracts page, grouped by state, where travelers filter by state and discipline. Every hospital area guide links to its state’s contracts. Pro adds a featured agency spotlight, and Partner adds top placement on matching hospital pages plus a feature in our weekly email.

How fast do contracts go live?

Send each contract through the submit a contract form. We review it, usually the same day, and it shows on the site within seconds of approval. No waiting for a site update.

How does billing work?

Every plan is one flat monthly rate. No credits to deal with, and no per-post or per-applicant fees. Send the form above and we’ll reply with rates for the plan you’re interested in. Nothing runs until you approve, and no payment is collected on this page.

Can I change plans or cancel?

Yes. Plans run month to month, so you can move up, move down or cancel before your next month starts. If a contract fills early, swap it out for a new one.

Can I see traffic numbers first?

Yes. Mention it in the form and we’ll send current traffic and newsletter numbers before you commit to anything.

What do you need for each contract?

Job title, facility and city, specialty, shift, start date and length, the weekly pay range, and the recruiter email that should get traveler inquiries. Travelers contact you through the listing; we email their details straight to you. Listings with a clear pay range get the most attention from travelers.

Will sponsorship change what the site says?

No. Licensing, CEU, certification and RV park info is written for travelers and is never for sale. Featured placements are always labeled Sponsored, the contracts page says plainly that listings come from agencies on paid plans, and we only accept travel healthcare staffing agencies.
